The publisher of Ovation magazine, Dele Momodu, has publicly declared his support for the coalition behind the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
Momodu stated this during an appearance on Arise TV’s Prime
Time on Wednesday.
He expressed delight at the launch of the coalition earlier
in the day and claimed that the opposition politicians in ADC are ready to
unseat President Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
“I have always been a fan of political parties whether I
join them or not,” Momodu said.
“In principle, I consider myself as a member of that
coalition.
“I wrote two weeks ago that my soul has already left PDP and
a lot of people misconstrued that to mean I was another one that would join
APC.
“But I will never have business with APC.
“I was surprised to see the people I saw join the coalition;
it is out of deep frustration.
“99.9% of those in the coalition meeting have pledged to
join the ADC.”
