Jason Jae has become the first interim head of house (HoH) in the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season 10.
The highly competitive premiere week kicked off with an
intense HoH challenge on Sunday, where all 29 housemates battled through a
series of games to claim the prestigious title.
After a thrilling showdown, Jason emerged victorious,
defeating finalists Tracy, Joanna, Sultana, Victory, Bright Morgan, Gigi
Jasmine, and Thelma Lawson.
As part of his privileges, Jason selected Doris as his head
of house lounge companion.
However, in a surprising new twist this season, he must
defend his title in a special HoH challenger match on Monday.

The BBNaija ‘Ten Over Ten’ edition kicked off with a two-day
opening ceremony. The female housemates were unveiled first on Saturday.
The male contestants were ushered into the show on Sunday.
This year’s winner will take home a staggering N150 million
— the highest grand prize in the show’s history since its debut in 2006.
Ebuka Obi Uchendu, the show’s host, had earlier announced
some new twists for the season:
A new weekly title awarded by fellow housemates to the most
impactful player.
Housemates will accumulate weekly earnings toward the N150m
grand prize, making the stakes higher than ever.
The tree of trinkets. The trinkets will be part of HOH
privileges. It will also be used to influence nominations.
