A popular Arewa X influencer, Waspapping, has expressed disapproval over Peter Obi's absence from the funeral of former President Muhammadu Buhari, which took place in Daura, Katsina State on July 15.
In an X post, Waspapping indicated he would be watching to see how Obi could win an election without the votes of people from Northern Nigeria.
Waspapping's post implies that Peter Obi should have attended the funeral to potentially gain support from Northern voters for the 2027 general elections.
