American rapper and YouTuber Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., popularly known as DDG, has announced plans to acquire a house in Nigeria as his child custody battle with his ex-girlfriend, Halle Bailey, rages on.
The rapper, who announced plans to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria in March due to dissatisfaction with life in the US, revealed via his X handle on Friday that he is trying to acquire a property in the city.
He wrote, “Finna buy a house in Lagos, Nigeria. What’s a good area?”
Meanwhile, DDG’s attorney has debunked reports that the rapper was denied a temporary restraining order against Halle Bailey.
He clarified that the court granted DDG “a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) based on the serious allegations set forth in his application.”
The lawyer added in the statement that the main time, “custody-related issues remain pending and are subject to a full evidentiary hearing, where both parties will have the opportunity to present their claims and defenses."

Unfortunately, Lagos smells. There's no good area. Banana Island, Ikoyi, VI, Lekki etc all smell. They're all urban slum. It'll be disappointing she's.
