Paris Saint-Germain star (PSG), Fabian Ruiz's home was burgled early on Monday morning, just a day after his team celebrated a historic Champions League victory.
Police were alerted after the alarm was triggered and arrested two minors at the scene. The suspects, caught red-handed, had rummaged through every room, leaving the property in disarray.
The incident occurred while PSG players and fans were still celebrating the team's win on the streets of Paris. Ruiz had returned to the city with the squad for a victory parade on Sunday.
The burglary happened amidst unrest in the French capital following PSG's Champions League win, which saw widespread violence, riots, and looting across the country. A teenager was stabbed to death, and over 400 people were arrested during the disturbances.
