Northern politician, Hajiya Najaatu Muhammad, has reaffirmed her stance on a past statement made by Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, NSA, Nuhu Ribadu, regarding President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In an interview with Premier Radio in Kano, Najaatu stated that she stands by her remarks about Ribadu’s previous comments, in which he allegedly labeled Tinubu as the “most corrupt governor” during his tenure as Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
She emphasised that Ribadu’s statement is publicly available on social media and YouTube, making it accessible to anyone interested in verifying it.
Najaatu further challenged Ribadu, saying that if he wishes to take legal action against her, he is free to pursue the case up to the Supreme Court.
According to her, she sees no reason to retract her statement, as it is based on Ribadu’s own words from the past.
