Some chieftains of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have arrived at the Supreme Court ahead of the hearing of the appeals filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and Labour Party’s Peter Obi against President Bola Tinubu.

Diginaritaries in court are Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje; National Security Adviser, NSA, Nuhu Ribadu, among others.

Atiku is challenging the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) which affirmed Tinubu’s victory in the February 25th presidential election.

The apex court will also hear the petitions filed by Obi as well as that of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) all challenging the judgment of the PEPC.

The panel of Justices hearing the appeals is headed by Justice Inyang Okorowo.
