PHOTO: JAMB releases authentic UTME result slip of Mmesoma

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the authentic result of the embattled candidate of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, in Anambra State, Mmesoma Ejikeme.

The authentic result released by JAMB showed that Mmesoma got 249.

Ejikeme had been paraded as the top scorer of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

Mmesome had claimed to have scored 362 but JAMB refuted her claim, stressing that she got 249.

Her claims had generated divergent views and controversy across Nigeria.

However, the authentic result slip released by JAMB has Mmesoma’s portrait contrary to the result sheet she was parading.

Meanwhile, JAMB spokesman, Fabian Benjamin, said Mmesoma paraded an “obsolete” notification slip.

Amid the controversy generated, JAMB has barred the 19-year-old from sitting for the exam for the next three years.

  1. If INEC could do what they did who is JAMB. Leave the innocent girl alone and fix your system. What Jamb should do is to call the girl for another exam.

  2. Proved beyond reasonable doubt. This girl should apologize to JAMB. Perhaps she did it ignorantly

    1. They should release her exam paper for independent audit and marking

    2. That notification slip she is carrying is no more on jamb site since 2021. If that is only proof she has then it's fake.

  3. Please jamb should release the result of other candidates that their results have not been released. For the fact that many students are yet to get their results shows that Jamb has technical issues with their system.

  4. Let the exam board (jamb) call the girl for another examination seat, period with transparent.

  5. Like some had said.
Call her and give her same exam to write
    Same time
Then a neutral body should do the marking
They can keep on the field to write the exams
    If need bye
