Sina Adeleke, the cousin of Davido, the singer, has denied his wife’s claims of domestic violence.

Better known as Sina Rambo, he is the son of Ademola Adeleke, governor of Osun state.

In a series of social media posts on Monday, Heidi Korth, Sina’s wife, called him an “abusive husband”.

She alleged that her estranged husband’s sister once assaulted her.

The brand influencer accused the governor’s son of being irresponsible.

Announcing their split, she also claimed that she was the one footing most bills in the marriage.

Reacting in a statement via his Instagram stories, Sina’s lawyers dismissed the accusations as “blackmail”.

The statement also said the claims were an attempt to smear Sina’s family name.

“On the 12th day of December 2022, at about 11 am, some false allegations started making rounds on the internet, claiming that our client engaged in domestic violence against his wife,” the statement reads in part.

“Our client refuses these allegations in their entirety as baseless lies that have no iota of truth in them. Our client is an upstanding and respectable member of society who holds family values dear to his heart.

“Our client further states that he has never and will never engage in any form of domestic violence and that any disagreement between him and Ms. Heidi Korth Adeleke is a private matter.

“Relationships and unions experience good and bad times and this too will pass.

“Not only is our client supportive, but he has also lived up to the good name of his family and will never do anything to bring his family name to disrepute as is now being falsely claimed by Ms. Heidi Korth Adeleke.

“Our client is a successful recording artiste who has and is still making waves not only in the country but also internationally as an artiste of repute. He is a prudent businessman.

“All the allegations are mere conjectures and calculated attempts to blackmail our client and by extension his good family name.

“We urge with a reasonable sense of judgment to ignore these accusations.”
