Real Madrid legend, Marcelo, is set for a move to German Bundesliga side, Bayer Leverkusen.
Leverkusen have made an offer to sign the Brazilian legend who is currently a free agent after leaving Real Madrid at the end of last season.
The Brazilian wing-back’s contract at the Santiago Bernabeu ended after the final game of last term.
He helped the Spanish capital city side to win the Champions League and the La Liga titles last season.
OGC Nice and AC Monza are also keen on acquiring the services of the 34-year-old.
Mercelo will be allowed to leave outside of the summer transfer window due to him being unattached.
