A total of 16 political parties have presented candidates for Saturday’s poll, however, pundits regard Biodun Oyebanji of the APC, Bisi Kolawole of the PDP and Segun Oni of the SDP as the major contenders. The APC and the PDP are the established political parties in the state however the growing popularity of a third force in SDP would worry the big two.
