UCL: Highest goal scorers after Real Madrid win trophy ahead of Liverpool (Top 11)


The highest goal scorers for the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League season has been confirmed following the conclusion of the campaign on Saturday night.


Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 1-0 in the final in Paris to win the Champions League, thanks to Vinicius’ second half goal.


However, Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema is the Champions League top goal scorer this season with 15 goals.


The France international is ahead of Bayern Munich striker, Robert Lewandowski and Ajax star, Sébastien Haller on the goal chart.


Below is the 2021/22 Champions League highest scorers:


15 goals: Karim Benzema (Real Madrid).


13 goals: Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)


11 goals: Sébastien Haller (Ajax) and


8 goals: Mohamed Salah (Liverpool).


7 goals: Riyad Mahrez (Manchester City) and Christopher Nkunku (Leipzig)


6 goals: Cristiano Ronaldo (Man United), Kylian Mbappe (PSG), Arnaut Danjuma (Villarreal), Leroy Sané (Bayern Munich) and Darwin Nunez (Benfica).
