APC convention: Why security personnel struggled to control crowd – Buhari’s aide, Bashir

President Muhammadu Buhari’s Personal Assistant on Digital and New Media, Bashir Ahmad has revealed why security personnel are struggling to control the crowd at the ongoing APC convention.

It was reported that a crowd at the venue was seen forcing themselves to gain entrance.

Writing on his Twitter page, Bashir said security personnel are finding it hard to control the crowd because APC has the numbers.

According to him, the APC convention is the largest political gathering in Africa.

“This must be the largest political gathering in Africa. Media should fact-check this and bring us a proper report. Every part of Abuja is full with APC people from across the nation.

“The security are finding it very difficult to control the crowd. This party, APC, has the numbers.”
