Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu will flag off the building of Opebi-Ojota link bridges on Wednesday 26 January.
The ceremony billed for Awuse Estate by Opebi U-Turn, will take place at 12 noon.
Called a legacy project, the link bridges also include some access roads.
It is the project of the Ministry of Works and the Ministry of Transportation.
It is believed that on completion, it will take a lot of traffic from both Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way and Kudirat Abiola Way.
Both the cost of the construction and the duration of work are not known yet.
The Sanwo-Olu government has been investing in mega transportation projects.
Apart from the two rail lines, it has promised to deliver this year, it is also building a road, with bridges, linking Lekki Phase One Town, with VGC in Ajah.
The link road is also billed for completion this year.
