Hard work, not entitlement mentality, promoted our artistes – Nigerians blast Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale

 

A cross-section of Nigerians has slammed Ghanaian artistes, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, for their recent accusations against the likes of Wizkid, Davido.

 

Shatta Wale had in a recent Twitter rant called out Nigerian artistes for not reciprocating the love and support Ghana artistes and citizens show them.

 

Also, Stonebwoy backing Shatta Wale said that although his colleague’s approach may be wrong, his message is valid.

 

Stonebwoy asked that Nigerian artistes allow music from other African countries to flourish on Nigerian platforms on the local and international scene.

 

This stirred up reactions as some Nigerians went online describing their statements as having ‘entitlement mentality’.

 

Some stated that hard work not having an entitlement mentality put Nigerian artistes on the global map which should be emulated by Ghanaian artistes.

Learn from your fellow Nigerian artistes and brothers, if you don’t push yourself, there’s little to what foreign or brotherly countries can do to push you. Up your pen games!
