The All Progressives Congress Youth Development and Solidarity Vanguard has warned those it described as troublemakers to quit their decision to truncate Governor Mai Mala Buni-led Caretaker Convention Planning Committee’s roadmap for the party.
The APC Youth, Development and Solidarity Vanguard, issued the statement at a press conference in Abuja on Thursday, 30 December 2021,
The group also vowed to stop anyone who imports thugs and miscreants into Abuja from Lagos or Kano States, to stop the Committee from carrying out its duties, which are meant to project the APC for victory ahead of 2023 polls.
The Secretary-General of the group, Tobias Ogbeh, passed a vote of confidence on the Gov. Buni-led committee, asserting that the committee has already surpassed expectations.
Ogbeh said the Committee has quelled the crisis in APC, united faithful, and set the party on the path for groundbreaking success in 2023.
The statement read in part: “We like to state categorically from the onset that we are 100% behind the Governor Mai Mala Buni-led All Progressives Congress Caretaker and Extraordinary National Convention Planning Committee. We believe in its ability to deliver on the assignment that our great party has entrusted to it,” he said.
