Congratulations are in order for Nigerian singer, Modupe Olateru-Olagbegi, as she displayed her baby bump for the first time in new photos on Friday.
The excited new mum took to her verified Instagram page to share pictures and videos of her baby bump as she announced her first pregnancy with her husband, Prince Bukunyi Olateru-Olagbegi.
She captioned the announcement video, “1 + 1 = 3”.
In a photo that showed her cradling her baby bump, she wrote, “Say hello to my little friend. Why am I shy? #pregnancyannouncement #pregnant #pregnancyshoot.”
Sharing her experience, the excited singer said, ” Look at God tho! So happy to be sharing this with you, my loves! I had so many things planned out at the beginning of this journey, but Hyperemesis gravidarum said no!
“The last couple of months have been the most beautiful and most challenging thing I have ever experienced. I can’t wait to share with you my journey thus far.
“Why am I running out of things to say?! Say a prayer of thanks for me, my loves! I am living my answered prayer.”(sic)
Mo’Cheddah married her politician husband, Olateru-Olagbegi, in 2018 and this is her first pregnancy.
Though she didn’t confirm if she had given birth to the baby or not, some fans already took to the comment section to congratulate her for safe delivery.
