Two goals from Ferran Torres ensured Spain defeated Italy at San Siro.
Lorenzo Pellegrini did score a late goal for Italy.
Spain will now face the winner between France and Belgium in the UEFA Nations League final on Sunday.
France will tackle Belgium in the other semi-final tie at the Juventus Stadium tonight.
The kick-off time for the game is 7.45 pm, Nigerian time.
