BBNaija: Why I wasn’t surprised about my eviction – Nini

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye ex-housemate, Nini, has stated that she wasn’t surprised about her eviction because she knew there was no guarantee for winning the show.

She made this known during an interview on Wednesday, where she talked about her experience on the show.

When asked if her eviction came as a surprise to her, Nini said, “It didn’t come. Going into the Big Brother house, I already knew it was 50-50 chance because it’s a competition and we are 26. So one person gets to win and that’s 1/26 people.

“There’s no guarantee and it’s a reality show. Before I went there, I wasn’t particularly into entertainment. I’m a businesswoman. I don’t sing either do I dance. So staying up to nine weeks was good enough for me honestly. I’m grateful for that.”

Nini, Saga, and Queen were evicted from the Big Brother Naija season six on Sunday during the live show, hence missing their chance of making it to the finals.

Though they were all evicted in the penultimate week, Nini and Saga stayed in the house for nine weeks, Queen stayed for seven weeks as she joined the show after two weeks of its commencement.
