BBNaija: My relationship with Maria was strategic – Pere reveals

 

Big Brother Naija season 6 housemate, Pere has said the relationship he and evicted housemate, Maria shared was strategic.

 

Pere said this while having a discussion with Yousef and Jackie B in the garden on Wednesday.

 

Jackie B had said she felt some relationships in the house was strategic adding the couples in the house weren’t genuine.

 

She went on to name the couples she felt had a genuine relationship in the house.

 

”I think Nini and Saga genuinely like themselves even though they might not be dating themselves.

 

”Also at first I thought the relationship Pere had with Maria was strategic too,” she said.

 

In response, Pere confirmed that initially his relationship with Maria was strategic but he started falling in love with her along the line.

 

”I won’t lie, my relationship with Maria started out as a strategy even though there was an attraction from my end though, but along the line, my feelings got involved.

 

” It’s natural, even though at the back of my head I knew I had a girl but then I also knew that this is reality and the possibilities of catching feelings must be there. You know if I was married it would have been a different thing,” he said.
