Gov Ortom chairs Southwest PDP zonal congress

Governor Samuel Ortom is expected to chair the Southwest zonal congress of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP on Monday (today).

The Congress which was shifted from Oyo State, will be held in Osogbo the Osun State capital.

The election will take place at the Women and Children Development Initiative Foundation (WOCDIF) by 9am.

Recall that the North Central Zone, on Saturday elected 23 officials to run the affairs of the party in the zone for the next four years.

The election was held in Makurdi, the Benue State Capital.

Governor Ortom while speaking after the election was concluded, tasked the new officials on fairness, justice and equity in the discharge of their mandate.
