Tottenham VS Chelsea: I want to implement Mourinho’s winning mentality in my team – Tuchel

Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel, has said that he wants to implement Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho’s winning mentality in his team.

Tuchel described Mourinho as a winner, adding that the Portugal gaffer has a strong team.

The German said this during his pre-match press conference on Wednesday ahead of Chelsea’s clash with Tottenham on Thursday night.

“I’m very happy to compete with a strong team against his side,” Tuchel said.

“I’m very happy to arrive with our quality, with our mentality and with the atmosphere we have right now. That is the most important thing.

“Tottenham are very competitive and very strong. It will be a challenge. Is it a clash of cultures? I don’t know.

“Jose (Mourinho) is a winner, and I want to implement the same in my team. We’re at the highest level to win games, and we will try everything tomorrow to beat them in their stadium.”
