Man United vs AC Milan: Solskjaer impressed by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Diogo Dalot

Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, says he was impressed by how AC Milan striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s career has gone.

Solskjaer also said he was impressed with the progress of the club’s loanee, Diogo Dalot, who is currently on loan at AC Milan.

Solskjaer’s men will have the opportunity to face Ibrahimovic, a former Manchester United player, and Dalot, when both sides clash in the Europa League last-16 first-leg tie on March 11 at Old Trafford.

“Zlatan, of course, I have been so impressed, I have got to say, by how his career has gone,”Solskjear told Man United’s official website on Friday ahead of his side’s Premier League clash with Chelsea on Sunday.

“He had a career-threatening injury when he was here but came back from that and went to (the) MLS, then came back to Milan and has really lifted them.

“They are on the up and have done really well this season. I have been so impressed by him and Diogo we know. He went there to get some experience at a big club, and he’s learned a lot.

“He’s played a lot more games this season, kept fit, and, hopefully, we can give him some bother!”
