President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with the new
service chiefs at the presidential villa in Abuja.
The president appointed them on Tuesday following the
resignation of their predecessors.
The new service chiefs are Lucky Irabor, chief of defence
staff; Ibrahim Attahiru, chief of army staff; Awwal Gambo, chief of naval
staff; and Isiaka Amao, chief of air staff.
