Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, has recovered from
COVID-19, after 12 days in isolation.
The governor had been confirmed positive for the virus on
December 12, 2020.
Gboyega Akosile, chief press secretary to the governor,
confirmed the development in a post on Twitter on Thursday afternoon.
“BREAKING NEWS: Governor of Lagos State, Mr. @jidesanwoolu
test negative to #COVID19. Now out of isolation,” he tweeted.
