Commonwealth observers led by former President of Tanzania , Dr . Jakaya Kikwete , on Monday , met with the Independent National Electoral Commission chairman , Prof . Mahmood Yakubu and members of the Commission .
The meeting took place at the Commission ’ s Conference Hall Abuja .
