President Muhammadu Buhari on
Friday appointed Ibrahim Muhammad as acting chief justice of Nigeria (CJN).
Muhammad was appointed after
Buhari suspended Justice Walter Onnoghen, immediate past CJN.
Buhari said the suspension was
based on the order of Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on January 23, 2019.
