Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi
State and minister of health have come under heavy attack following their
presence at Presidential villa on Wednesday night to welcome Buhari’s son ,
Yusuf.
Yusuf was received at the airport
by Minister of Health (State) Dr. Osagie on his return from Germany for
treatment.
Recall that Yusuf and his friend,
Bashir Gwandu, were severely injured in a bike accident along Gwarimpa road in
Abuja on December 26, 2017.
He was initially admitted at
Cedarcrest Hospital, Abuja where he received immediate treatment before been
flown to Germany.
However, Nigerians have berated
Gov Bello for his presence at the Villa on unofficial meeting instead of running
the affairs of his state. Similarly, Dr Osagie was also blasted for joining in
welcoming the President’s son.
Here are some comments
@jeremiahomada “Gov. Yahaya Bello
left Kogi on a workday to welcome Yusuf Buhari…this man is so caring. We will
be delivered!
@iam_2gunz Yahya bello travelled
all the way from Kogi to Abuja to welcome Yusuf Buhari, a Private citizen when
we are talking about incompetency Yahya bello should come first, Vote that can
out.
@danielseun “Is Kogi State
Governor Yahaya Bello a staff in the Villa?
@sampam “Madam while hailing Yaya
Bello – the epitome of failure, tell him the people of Kogi have no
appreciation, goodwill or good prayers to offer on his behalf. Be bold to tell
a friend of your family the truth, that’s what matters more Mrs Buhari.
@enwagboso “I am glad he has
recovered fully. Thanks to God. Amen.But,Minister of State for Health was on
ground to welcome the President’s son? A minister of the FRN on ground to welcome
the President’s son?!
@mojayzone “This has become
royalty. When a Minister of a Federal Republic abandons his duty post to be at
the airport to welcome the President’s SON? This is unbelievable!!
@titops “Thank God for his mercy,
however is it in the minister’s job description to receive him at the airport?
@kwenthusaiast1 “Yaya seems to be
the least busy governor.Thank God for the boy’s safe return.”
