Reno Omokri, former aide to
ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has criticized Minister of Information, Lai
Mohammed over the looters’s list he released on Friday.
Recall that Lai Mohammed had
released the controversial list of treasury looters at a press conference in
Lagos earlier today.
Reacting, Omokri queried the
absence of minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi and other APC members on
the list.
He wrote on his Twitter page “How
can Buhari’s looters’ list not include Amaechi, who admitted to looting when he
said ‘we steal because Nigerians don’t stone us’.
“What of Nyako who is facing a
₦29 billion fraud trial?
“Does being APC members absolve
them from sin? Buhari is fighting opposition, not corruption!
“Rotimi Amaechi’s own loot is
alleged to be ₦300,000,000,000 and you want @OfficialPDPNig to write the amount
looted by each of the 56 APC looters? Its a Suicide mission. If you are the
one, wouldn’t your hand get tired of writing all those zeroes in front of 56
APC looters name?
