The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed an application filed by the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ali Modu Sheriff, asking the apex court not to hear the appeal presented by the Chairman of the party’s Caretaker Committee, Ahmed Makarfi.
The duo are battling for the party leadership position.
