The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in the appeal by Ahmed Makarfi against Ali Modu Sheriff over the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national chairmanship.
The five-member panel presided by Justice Walter Onnoghen said the new date will be communicated to parties.
