Former Special Adviser to Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on electronic media, Reno Omokri has said that the Kaduna state Governor, Malam Nasir El-rufai is more guilty of inciting statements than the Chocolate City boss, Audu Maikori who was recently arrested by the police over alleged “inciting comments.”
