Capital provisions in the 2017 budget is N2.24tn
Capital expenditure allocation:
Defence, N140bn;
Water resouces N85bn;
Interior N63bn;
Education N58bn;
UBE commission N92bn;
FCT N37bn
Top Recurrent Expenditure:
Interior - N482bn
Education - N398bn

My dear President, l am not doubting your honesty and integrity, but how am l sure that this our 2017 budget is not padded again. Pls dont go and borrow for the sake of this 2017 budget but rather source the fund locally and save the nation from been plunged from economic recession to economic depression
