Watford midfielder Ben Watson has urged the club’s record signing Isaac Success to follow the path of compatriot Odion Ighalo, who has blossomed in the Premier League after putting in a decent shift.
Watson said he believes if the former Nigeria U17 star could hit the ground running like Ighalo, Watford will be the better for it.
“He’s a young boy,” said Ben Watson.
"He’s still got a lot to learn but he’s only got to look at Ighalo who was in a similar situation, coming from Granada. He hit the ground running and scored tonnes of goals. If he can repeat that and be as good as 'Iggy' then we’ve got another fantastic player on our hands.”
Ighalo scored 37 goals in 63 games for Granada before he made the big jump to England.
