Juventus have agreed a deal to re-sign Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on loan for the next three seasons.
The Italian champions have the option to make the move permanent once the deal comes to an end.
The winger spent the last season on loan at Juve, helping Max Allegri’s men storm to another Serie A title win.
Antonio Conte was keen to see Cuadrado remain at Stamford Bridge for the new Premier League campaign but could not guarantee him regular first-team action.
Juventus will pay Chelsea an initial fee of £4.2million and can sign the winger on a long-term contract in 2019 for £16.8m.
It marks the end of a miserable time at Stamford Bridge for Cuadrado, who managed just 13 league appearances after joining for £26m from Fiorentina in 2014.
