WATCH VIDEO: Fayose lashes out angrily after freezing of his personal account by EFCC

Following EFCC’s freezing of the account of Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, the governor has described the act as unconstitutional and a slap on Nigeria’s democracy in that he enjoys the same immunity as a sitting head of government in his state just like it is with president Buhari at the federal level.

Fayose who was expressing his annoyance over the development equally stated that the anti-corruption war being fought in the country by the Buhari’s administration is lopsided because even the wife of Mr. President, Aisha Buhari, as he alleged, was involved in Halliburton bribery scandal and nothing has been done about it.

  3. I can not imagine a sitting governor can be ranting like this because he was denied access to money he never work for. So what happens to innocent Ekiti workers that has been suffering for over five months for not collecting salary, and the governor his keeping #4.7 billion naira in an account in the same state and his claiming to love them. Posterity will certainly judge him.
