President Muhammadu Buhari has finally ruled-out possibility of inviting ex-President Goodluck Jonathan for questioning over cases of corruptions, most especially, the popular armsgate scandal during his administration, saying the ex-President has earned respect world-over for a singular act after 2015 elections.

Buhari who said he was shocked to have receive Jonathan’s call even before the presidential election result was declared also said such incidence in his life remain unforgettable.

Reacting to questions when some journalists interview the President during the week, Buhari revealed that he remains grateful to the former President.

Hear him: “I think is one of the incidences in my life that I will never forget, I could even remember the time, it is quarter past five in the evening. He call me, of course we recognize each other voices. He said, good evening Your Excellency and I say ha Good evening Your Excellency and then a temporary silence from both sides then I heard I am calling you to congratulate you that I have conceded, that you have won the election and congratulations.

  2. Good you know this. Jonathan could have held on to power if he wanted. Only pockets of street demonstration for about fews days. Jonathan would have continued. Don't allow the hypocrite Yorubas and useless ameachi people to push you to far about Jonathan.

  7. Buhari has a perfect sense of humour. He downplays the authority of our Constitution by getting emotional. You know many Nigerian will suffer the consequences of anyone's crime or negligence, including the blockheaded individual thst wrote earlier abusing specific races in Nigeria. Next time, try and bring your brain along with you before you write. The law is not emotional nor racial. It only knows NIGERIANS and our Rights.

This looks more like a bargain to me. I concede the election and you don't prosecute for Jonathan to escape the grips of the invisible and invicisible "Presidents" ruling and controlling him. He should have resigned honorably and exposed the crimes of the so called Cabal.

We need a One and United Nigeria, but not this way at all.
