Arsenal want Roma to pay their asking price for on-loan goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
Corriere dello Sport says Roma's hopes of signing Arsenal goalkeeper Szczesny on loan for another season have been dealt a blow.
The Gunners are reportedly refusing to pay any further contributions to the Polish international's wages.
Roma would only be able to renew the loan if they continued with a similar wage payment agreement to what they are paying now.
The 26-year-old would still be available for loan and is still expected to be loaned back out even if his Roma move falls flat.
