Aston Villa forward Gabriel Agbonlahor has been banned by Aston Villa pending an internal investigation after he was apparently pictured smoking from a shisha pipe while partying in Dubai.
The club captain will not feature in Saturday's match against Chelsea at Villa Park in a decision made by caretaker manager Eric Black.
Agbonlahor was pictured on holiday in the Middle East over the weekend and the club's football board has launched an inquest amid a swirl of negative publicity.
