Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has revealed his sadness over his inability to partake in Friday's 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Egypt in Kaduna.
Omeruo was ruled out of the crucial game against the Pharoahs after picking up an injury.
Omeruo also gave his best wishes to his team-mates against Egypt.
The defender wrote on his Instagram page on Tuesday: "Sad to be missing out being with the Super Eagles ahead of this important task ahead. Wishing you guys the very best."
Also ruled out of the encounter due to injury is Mainz defender Leon Balogun.
