Candidates who sat for the May/June West African Senior School Certificate Examination may not have their results released in the next two weeks, the West African Examinations Council has announced.
No fewer than 19 states of the federation owe the council about N4bn examination registration fees.
The WAEC Head of National Office, Lagos, Mr. Charles Eguridu, announced this on Monday at a briefing in Lagos.
He, however, failed to make public the affected states.
Eguridu said, “A total number of 19 states in the country owe the Council in respect of entry fees for state government sponsored candidates for the May/June 2015 WASSCE. Some states also still owe the Council registration fees for the May/June 2014 WASSCE.
“We have written to the affected state governments without any response. The poor response of the debtor states is threatening the smooth operations of the Council.
“We, therefore, want to publicly plead with the affected states to off-set the registration fees of their candidates as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the results of their candidates for the May/June 2015 will be released along with others.”

ReplyDeleteMy waec withheld result has just been released with the help of Mr Austin ' I saw a comment about him on the internet on how he has been helping many student upgrading and releasing their held result 'I decided to call him' already I have already gotten admission and I was using awaiting result and they are asking me about it ,and I don't no when waec will release result so I contacted Mr Austin and he told me to send all my exam details which I did and I did all what he ask me to do because I don't no were to put my hope on and I have held so many time about him suprisngly he called me to go and check my result yesterday and I did , I checked the result and it was released he didn't only release it he make sure I didn't fail any subject

ReplyDeleteUnbelieveable!!! what a God sent man Mr Fadipo,i have waited for my waec 2016 result that was held to be released and it has yet not been released until i meant a coments saying of Mr Fadipo who helped her release her result of 2014 and it was a shock to hear but i didn't believe it until when i contact Mr Fadipo and pleaded to him on my waec result that was been held this year and he and told me what to do which i did and today am with my result with all good grades also two of my good friends result that was of poor grades was all upgraded by Mr Fadipo,oh what a God sent man...anyone that said that there is No trust worthy person again is lieing for this man is well trusted and helped me and two of my very good friends,may God continue to bless this man for me also here is his contact number 08143068500.
