In a shocking move, Elder Godsday Orubebe, Nigeria’s former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs has announced his decision to defect from the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP to the All Progressives Congress, APC for the development of the Niger Delta.
The announcement was made via his Twitter handle.

It can be recalled that Orubebe publicly showed his support for President Goodluck Jonathan by allowing his infamous behaviour at the collation and announcement of the presidential election results to instigate fear, panic and uncertainty in Nigeria, up until president Jonathan called Gen Buhari to concede defeat.
