Jonathan’s cabinet to be dissolved May 27th


Indications emerged on Tuesday that President Goodluck Jonathan would still be working with his cabinet until May 27, when it would be formally dissolved.



Investigations indicated that contrary to reports that Jonathan would dissolve the cabinet May 20, the administration would still be dispersing services to Nigerians until the last Executive Council Meeting , FEC to be held on May 27, which also coincides with the celebration of Children’s Day in Nigeria.

A visit to the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, showed that senior and junior officers were working round the clock to ensure that the seamless transfer of power to the new administration of Muhammadu Buhari, who won the March 28 Presidential poll.
