Another member of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Abdullahi B. Muhammad, seems to have followed the footstep of the former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo as he has also torn his party membership card.
Alhaji Abdullahi B. Muhammad is the Senior Special Assistant on Security to the Governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwambo.
The PDP big shot in Gombe State said he decided to denounce his affiliation with the ruling party because he is fed up with the way PDP is running the affairs of the country, adding that only a few out of the large population of Nigeria are benefiting from the nation’s finances.
Can you see guys that the wind is blowing and it blows pdp real bad.

ReplyDeleteWhen all the politicians leave PDP and end up in APC, what will happen between them after APC wins the elections? They will tear themselves apart.
ReplyDeleteIn fact I have all along torn my own into pieces (in secrecy) but still have meetings with them so that I can know all their rigging tricks and plans. In fact, PDP members were shocked about the reception of APC throughout Nigeria. Now they want to rig by all means. I respect Baba Obasanjo so much. The problem he has is that, he's too sincere and can't pretend for too long. Before it got to this stage, he has silently reached out to Jonathan to do things right and Jonathan never listened. When Jonathan started to avoid him, he decided to go public and people said he is talking. Who in this country has made sacrifices similar to that of Obasanjo's? He knows what is a stake. Most of the things he said in the past came to past. I hope not all the ones he said now will also come to past. Especially the coup saga. Truth is bitter and Baba Obasanjo sees beyond most of us. PDP is planning to rig but by God's grace they will fail. Jonathan will not be spared. The will of God shall prevail. President Jonathan accused Baba Obasanjo for trying to control his government and that he refused him and the refusal did not go down well with Baba Obasanjo. Now let me tell you president Jonathan, it is normal for Baba Obasanjo to want you to succeed by all means because when the whole nation was against you, it's Baba Obasanjo that stood firmly with you. And his will prevailed and you became the president. There is nothing wrong with you refusing Baba Obasanjo but what is wrong with you is that you are not competent, sincere and capable of ruling. If when you refused him, you did great things, am sure he will be proud of you. For example, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu also offered advice to Babatunde Fasola which he rejected. Initially this caused a serious problem. but eventually Baba Tinubu accepted Fasola when he was convinced that he has the sense of leadership he wants for Lagos. To my surprise, when Baba Tinubu was asked to nominate 3 persons for the position of APC VP, he listed himself, Fasola and Prof. Osinbajo. I hope you can comprehend the point I am trying to make. Obasanjo since warned Jonathan of those surrounding him. Can you imagine the president being surrounded by Femi Fani-Kayode (being tried by EFCC for money laundering), Kashumu (being wanted in the USA over drugs), former governor of Borno State Sherif Momodu (Confirmed Boko Haram sponsor) etc? It's sad!
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous 1.44pm,just keep your calm,you lack a lot of information as regards what is actually happening in the corridors of power. Most of these politicians like OBJ use make ups, you don't have an idea what the real problem is,and you've further confirmed your ignorance by saying Jonathan is incompetent and has not performed, whereas he has actually performed more than his predecessors. The difficult but for him to crack is that of insurgency,which is also difficult at global level. No other past Nigerian President has been undermined the way GEJ has been, yet you see him struggling to meet with expectations.
ReplyDeleteThe issue is,most Nigerians have an erroneous understanding of governance by the best standard practices. We are used to barbarian and tyrant heads of state and Presidents like OBJ,IBB,Buhari,Abacha. That's probably why most people are evaluating the present government using the observatory prism created by these previous bad set listed above.
Anyway, no matter how it goes,people will come to realise that GEJ has done his best when he no longer occupies that position.
