We will win Osun, PDP vows

Peoples Democratic Party  has vowed that nothing will stop the party from winning the August 9 governorship election in Osun State. The National Secretary of the party, Prof. Adewale Oladipo, who stated this in Abuja on Wednesday, therefore said the All Progressives Congress should be ready to handover the state to the PDP after the election.

He spoke when he received an award of excellence for his democratic credentials by Nigerian Progressive Youth Congress.Oladipo said. "As an indigene of Osun, I can tell you that Governor Rauf Aregbesola is in trouble, we will run him out of town, he can go and live under the bridge in Lagos."But come next year we will also run them out of Lagos. The South West has decided enough is enough.

Their policy is tax and loot. Ours is to allow people realise their potentials."‎‎He further boasted that the PDP  was the only party that would lose five errant and disgruntled governors and nothing would happen‎ to the fortunes of the party. He added "that PDP is the only party that anybody can decide to quit and heavens will not fall.

We have wonderful Christians and really really good Muslims who co-habit, we don't quarrel."We don't throw bombs or incite people to violence. We don't commit crime. We don't do something in the afternoon and do the opposite in the night. What we promise we do, what we don't promise we don't do.

That is PDP.‎"PDP is the only party where a man without God father like Fayose will emerge as candidate and win election in his state."He further assured the youth group that PDP is ready to integrate youth in the scheme of things, just as he cajoled the APC thus: "our youth leaders is only 32 years old, while APC is still arguing whether their youth leader is 52 or 62 years old."He charged youth to come together and support Mr. President so that the transformation agenda will go beyond 2015."PDP has unleashed the potentials of this country through market driven economy, we liberalised the banking sector that is why you don't have to move from one place to the other to buy something.

But APC wants to take us to stone age but God will not allow that."Of course Those who reap from bloated government tax and loot will not want that progress to continue but that is exactly what Jonathan represents and that is what we must continue to do in the country. He also assured that the kidnapped Chibok girls will soon be released adding "my heart goes to the hapless daughters of ours that have been kidnapped and I am assuring you that very soon they will come back to the comfort of their homes.‎"
