Dino Melaye attacks FG, DSS for ‘arresting’ Ezekwesili

Former member of the House of Representatives and All Progressive Congress stalwart, Otunba Dino Melaye has attacked the Jonathan led federal government and the Department of State Services, DSS, for detaining #BringBackOurGirls campaigner, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili at the Abuja airport.

In a series of tweets, he accused the DSS of harassing her and threatened that if she had been detained longer, more campaigners would have joined her in demanding for the respect of her rights.

  1. Was she really arrested? Can't the govt ask you few questions before you board your flight again She caused all these with her tweet
I expected more from her and all the respect I had for her roles in National issues is gone
They should have taken that her white juju bead from her neck and let's see how beautiful she will look
Nobel peace prize which is her target are not gotten from cheap publicity

  2. Anonymous 7:35AM I don't think you use your head. Was this the 1st time Oby will be traveling? Why was she quizzed more than necessary? Why was she delayed to the point the scheduled flight had to wait for her because that report was on Channels news? I will tell you why, the moment you are not on the side of govt of the day even if you don't belong to any political party then you are a target for the DSS and Police. It's unfortunate. There are better intelligence gathering work for the DSS and Police than harassing innocent citizens. Boko Haram has exposed how ineptitude our security apparatus are yet they go on to harass innocent people.
