SHOCKING: INEC Registered A Bowl Of Rice As A Voter In Anambra


The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) presented a bowl of rice as one the registered voters during the recently concluded gubernatorial election in Anambra State.  The bowl of rice pictured in INEC's voter's roll was registered as a 37 year old male voter in Umuerodili township in Anambra State.

  8. If photograph of rice was taken, what about finger print? or was finger print not one of the input requirement of the registration.
    I can percieve that some people had really planned to blackmail INEC and cause controversy in the just concluded election. Security agents should investigate this report for authenticity. They should find out the ward and who was the registration officer.
