Nigeria's First Lady, Patience Jonathan Is Ill....Again - SaharaReporters

Nigeria's First lady's Patience Faka Jonathan, has deteriorated again, becoming so critical that she has been from a proposed official visit to Namibia and South Africa to be embarked upon by her husband, President Goodluck Jonathan according to online media, SaharaReporters.

Sources in Aso Rock said Mr. Jonathan will fly out for the four-day junket to the two Southern African countries on May 5, and return to Abuja on the 10th.

Medical sources stated that Mrs. Jonathan remained unwell after returning from Germany about three weeks ago. She had stated that her trip, which started on March 17 from Paris took her through Italy to Germany where she claimed she tendered to her foster mother, "Mama Sisi."

Since returning from that trip, the First Lady has remained under medical observation at the presidential villa.

Her latest trip to Germany is the third medical trip since her prolonged trip last year where she spent several months in a Wiesbaden hospital, although she denied those details upon her return.

In a thanksgiving service in February, she confessed her travails, including nine surgeries within one month, and declaring she had died but was saved by God.

The presidency has refused to disclose the exact nature of her ailment, but medical sources say she is suffering from a deadly ailment that may be manageable.

  6. Mr. Pastor, are u telling us that it is d work of demons that kill people? If God hadn't meant us to die than children of God such as Adam (d 1st man), Abraham, Solomon the wise king, Moses, Jesus, Paul of Tarsus & all other men of God would have been alive today.
Come to think of it how would u inherit the kingdom of God or go to heaven without passing thru death? If u don't die then u will not enter heaven if u continue living on earth.
Or r u suggesting to us that the man of darkness or demon is stronger than God?
When God created man He gave him expiry date & that is why death is an old phenomenon as living. So the opposite of life is death. Whether u accept d plain truth or not as long as there is life, there must be death. No man can do u any harm or kill someone without him reaching his terminal date.
As a man of God, ponder & preach d truth 2 your congregation & followers. Death is inevitable. Every man born of woman with or without demons must taste death. Stop deceiving people that it is the demon or forces of darkness that kills. Every man has his expiry death. If it is the First lady's turn then let it be so, we can only pray for her soul to be admitted into heaven. That is the truth. Death is every man's portion. It doesn't belong to one color, creed, religion, tribe etc.
I pray that the First lady should be fully recovered & continue her good works. Amen.

  9. Sorry Madam Patience. May Jehovah God heal u. The pastor shd have kept quiet but for fear of a door of financial blessing being closed shd the 1st not return. Most of these people have left what they shd be doing (working) to become pastors in order to get money for themselves. May God help them. The more people they decieve, the more blood will be required of their hands. The prophet of old knows this quite well. Mr President should believe God for his wife's healing and God won't fail him.

  10. It has been appointed unto man to die once, after that judgement comes..I can read through all ur comments above, whatever you say,I'm not bothered .But I want you to understand that some die before their time,I.e they die another man/ woman's death.
It's not a matter of argument ,she is our first lady,I've never being to Abuja to see or collect anything from anybody..but let me tell you both the leaders and followers has responsibilities to discharge, their judgement is not in our hand..Nigeria is our Jerusalem we need to pray and uphold her integrity.
Thou shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free..but only the truth that you know and practice will set you freedom.
Whatever people says,I'm less concerned, the message has been delivered to our first lady, pls act according to instruction..Pastor Olusola

  11. The pastor is on point at several levels. We all, as leaders and followers, have responsibilities. While we dont pray for the death of the leaders, for failing in their responsibilities, I dont think we owe, as part of our reaponsibilities, prayers for their safety.
We dont, if they perish, they perish. They have shown themselves as WICKED. God said '' The people rejoice when the wicked perish''.
Pastor Olusola, pls think of the billions of dollars, meant for our hospitals, taken away by folks like Patience, then tell me she is not wicked but deseve our collective prayers.

  12. I dont think the great physician will heal anyone who is destroyed the physicians flock.
If I come to ur church and kill some of the worshippers by causing insucurity and rapped the women, including your wife, then cause the death of kids born in the church while I starve majority of the members, you will be asking the great physician to heal me when I am sick. Expecially when I have shown no sign of repentance....please, give me a break.

  13. On the other hand, she is not the only wicked ruler in Nigeria. However, while we fight the cause, let God or whaterver forcs there is, take its own cause.

Abacha expired while Babangida is still there. Whether its God, nature, demon, luck, or fate:if you have kissed Baal, we do not have an obligation to pray for your welfare.
