PICTURES: Flooded Lokoja-Abuja road divides Northern Nigeria from the South



Pictured above is the flood on the ever-busy Abuja-Lokoja highway where for close to one week now, the key highway linking northern Nigeria to the rest of the south, generally the Southwest has been submerged under water causing traffic delays that have lasted days.

 
Some 2 million Nigerians have been displaced from their homes while some have died or gone missing as a result of the ravaging flood.

  1. We will wait for the problem to go away, allocate money to various places that will not deliver any tangible results and forget it happedend or even audit the spending
