The Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Professor Adetokunbo Babatunde Sofoluwe is dead.
Professor Sofoluwe reportedly slumped during a meeting on friday at the Senate Chambers of the institution and was rushed to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, (LUTH) where he was confirmed dead after efforts to revive him failed.
He was 62 years old.

He was a man who always desired the best for his students. He was so full of compassion and source of encouragement to students.
